Margaret has lived in the Blue Mountains for over 30 years.

Born in Sydney, she moved to the Mountains for a career path change with her husband and young family in the 1980’s. Together they successfully ran a popular Guest House in Leura for 10 years. In a short space of time they proudly developed a small 10 room business into a thriving 40 room operation and conference centre.

Shortly following the sale of the guest house, Margaret moved into Real Estate, where she has enjoyed working 15 years in Property Management. Margaret commenced working with Richardson & Wrench in 2011, and she brings to us her wealth of experience and dedication.

Margaret enjoys the opportunity to live and work locally, and strives to develop good strong working relationships with both landlords and tenants.

Being a proud grandmother to three gorgeous grandkids, her interests include slow food movement, developing her vegetable garden, road trips, garden gates, patchwork quilting, and farmers markets.
