Complaint Handling

At Richardson & Wrench Blackheath we take complaints seriously.  

If you have a complaint to make about our agency please submit it in writing to our Licensee in Charge  

In your submission please include the agent’s name, specific details of the complaint setting out matters that our agent has allegedly breached and any supporting documentation.  

We will contact you within 24 hours to acknowledge receipt of your complaint before fully investigating the matter and responding in writing within 5 business days.
